STIB, RETHINKING ITS MISSION AS A PLAYER IN MOBILITY IN BRUSSELS

The challenge: How to define STIB’s vision and mission to meet the challenges of mobility while involving more than 50 employees?

The answer: More than 20 qualitative interviews are conducted by the Butterfly team, which I integrate as a freelance, to understand the specific challenges facing the STIB and mobility in Brussels. Task forces are set up to work in depth on the group’s history, values, DNA and systemic issues.

A collective intelligence seminar is organized, enabling a shared dream to emerge. Knowledge is shared through creative presentations and participants work as a group to create a shared vision. A mission proposal is formulated by a group including the CEO, enriched and validated at the end of the day.

This collaborative approach strengthens the entrepreneurial spirit within the STIB, the links between the different departments and the desire to integrate the key players in Brussels mobility.
