Answer: Food Transition is a community of practice focused on sustainable food systems. It brings together entrepreneurs, student-entrepreneurs and sector experts for quarterly meetings and workshops. Agroecology, long-term partnerships with farmers, short supply chains, ingredients of the future… the contributors share their knowledge and experience to inspire new approaches to responsible production and consumption.
